Do I need to declare extra items at customs?
All items carried through Cendiago come with full customs documentation generated by our platform. You carry the paperwork on your phone, and our AI ensures every item complies with the rules for your specific route before you accept.
What if the sender doesn't confirm delivery?
If a sender doesn't confirm within 48 hours of delivery, escrow auto-releases to you. You won't be left waiting — funds always release within two business days of delivery.
Can I set my own rate per kg?
Yes. When you list a trip you set your own rate per kg. We show you the market rate for your route so you can price competitively, but you're always in control.
What's Cendiago's fee?
Cendiago takes a 12% platform fee from the sender — not from you. Your rate is what you set, and that's what you receive (minus standard Stripe payout processing of 1.5%).
What items am I not allowed to carry?
Prohibited items (weapons, liquids over the airline limit, controlled substances, etc.) are automatically blocked by our AI customs check. You'll never receive a request that contains a prohibited item for your route.
